Bret, as you know, our Father's business is saving souls, not making a profit. What does it profit a man if he should gain the whole world but yet lose his soul? There is power in prayer. I have prayed over this matter and God has laid it on my heart that you are wrong. If Ricky would love to give his music away for free, then that is exactly what he should do. You can't buy a blessing and you can't sell one. When Ricky sells his CD to someone, that person does not receive a blessing. He only receives a CD like a sack of potatoes. If Ricky would give his CD to someone free of charge, that would be a blessing.

Alphonse, let me respond to your comment. I am so glad you are interested in Ricky's music and the impact it has on reaching the lost. While I'm sure Ricky would love to be able to give his music away for free, it would be irresponsible for him to do so. Jesus said, "Am I not to be about my Father's BUSINESS?" You see, Alphonse, until the CD duplication facilities, the phone company, gas stations, clothing stores, and grocery stores stop charging-recording artists simply MUST not only recoup their investment but try to achieve some level of profitability to sustain their ministry. However, I can truly appreciate your point: placing something like Ricky's CD into the people's hands for absolutely free would be just awesome. I thought about it and I believe God has given me a direction on this. Since Ricky cannot just blindly give his music away...and because this is obviously a burden you, as a Christian, must bear...why don't you purchase multiple copies of this incredible CD and hand them out to the people you are trying to win for Christ? You see, Alphonse, it's win-win. Ricky's ministry doesn't suffer the loss and you can do something for the Kingdom of God. I believe this is an answer to prayer. I challenge you to step up and do something for God, Alphonse. We are all believing and praying that you allow God to lead you in this matter.

Hi. I saw on your Shop webpage that Gone Hinson is on sale for $15. What is Gone Hinson? Is that a song? I listened to some of your music clips and I feel truly blessed. I think you could save even more souls if you gave your music away for free.
